I've stayed at the flagship inn multiple times and it's always pleasant. This time, my sister and i loved how our queen room had a separate bedroom. We were also impressed with the breakfast choices. Plus, it's close to some decent restaurants in south ashland. Don't forget the seasonal pool, a great bonus!

The whole story in a nutshell
Anice and neat stay! The pet-friendly Queen Room was updated and well-equipped, with cozy bedding and a great location near Morning Glory Cafe for breakfast. The free breakfast saves you money, and parking was easy right outside the room. I'll definitely return for another cute experience!

Favourable location in a great area very close to Shakespeare theater. Cool and warm room with a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a seating area, and soft bed. Free parking on site provided.

We had an awesome group vacation here! The room was spacious and comfortable for our friends' getaway. We enjoyed hiking around the nearby trails and also took some great pictures at the StoneRiver Vineyards. Breakfast had a good variety and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Definitely a solid spot for a fun trip with friends!

The young woman at check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding, and I appreciated the Keurig coffee maker in the room and at the front desk.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our queen pet-friendly room was spacious, but the air conditioning needed repair the first night. Staff was attentive . I recommend checking the A/C before settling in. Enjoy the nearby dining options for lunch or dinner. They were quite convenient during our four-night visit.

We were in room 206 and thought it was a great room as it was on the corner. The Internet was excellent despite being at the very end of the building. I was most impressed with how extremely well the air conditioner performed. The room was never stuff and we slept great despite 100 degree temperature outside.
There was stale cigarette smell in the room which was supposed to be smoke free.

Our room was fine for our stay. We were a little crowded with the fold-out bed, but it was do-able. The pool was popular given the 100 degree + days. It was close enough to the Shakespeare Festival to make it easy to get there by driving.
It would have been nice to have more umbrella tables poolside - the sun was very intense. There was only one umbrella. During morning breakfast, the coffee ran out and the person in the office was too busy to make more.
